The Texas RICO Network Places Two United States Presidents In Harms Way

The Texas RICO Network would not be possible without the assistance of William Session X-FBI Director divulging classified information for inside trading of those of Texas Public Trust. The Texas RICO operations are designed for incumbents to hold power and legitimately used by the Secret Service to protect the Presidents of the United States by sharing data that is false or misleading of a targeted person which incorporates any Private Investigative firm (Sworn officers do not relive them from the liability) and in my case, the Veterans hospital who employees student and doctors from the University systems.

The Texas RICO Operation includes all federally funded disabled legal assistance offices, who failed to represent me and Senator John Cornyn who put these agencies in place denying Texas disabled due process and assimilated attorney client information without taking my case. Texas Fusion Centers, Texas Victims of Crime Office, UTSA San Antonio, University Systems, Belinda Cardenas X-president of the University of El Paso (Acting Board Regents UTSA), Texas Human Health Services, the Texas Rangers and Governor Rick Perry.

This list may not be all inclusive such as the case of Senator Carlos Uresti office who knew about the problems and did not help my family after requesting assistance. The RICO operations target persons by manipulating data that is shared and used against the targeted person, including stalking with deadly force, police swatting and retaliating, while I attended a school abroad that meets the criteria of State Sponsored International Terrorism listed on my ITVERP complaint.

My case example shows an error by the local FBI office and Washington D.C. after reporting that I was a witness to three terrorist bombings and suffer from the effects, one of which was the protection of a witness of the 911 attack not to be targeted and attacked. The Secret Service should have known this before they threatened my family forcing to do anything within my means to protect myself and my targeted extended family, while also putting myself in harms way to protect two Presidents of Untied States of America.

In addition, I reported credit card fraud in the amount of $5,000.00 to the FBI 2007 and was credited that amount at the privilege of the credit card company after confirming I did not make a purchase of antiques glass bottles bought by a Somalia's Credit Card Gang working within the bank to allow access to this information.

One year later, Citibank takes over the Quicken Card account without my knowledge and ignored my warnings that FBI had taken care of this; however, they retaliated by a universal shut down and again after reporting the problem to the Bank examiner by a threatening letter of retaliation for doing the right thing?

Citibank's actions severally crippled my family to a point of selling family heir looms to pawn brokers including my weapons for protection, which was then shared on the same FBI sharing system and is in error ad infinitum.

In this case, the manipulation of data includes the CIA after doing what they instructed my family to do and the consequences we suffered over a five year period after doing what they told us to do and reported to  Representative Jose Aliseda, State Rep.Ryan Guillen , Texas Senator Judith Zaffirini, U.S. Senator John Cornyn, U.S. Senator Kay Bailey Hutchinson , Congressman Cero Rodriguez,  Congressman Henry Cuellar and Texas Governor Rick Perry.

What a tangled web we weave when "sharing is not caring" and places two United States Presidents in jeopardy, who I am sworn to protect by any means including placing  my own body in harm's way to protect them for the rest of my life or why I say the things I do!

The Texas Tea Party Paradox
Insurrection and Rebellion April 2009

The insurrection and Tea Party Rebellion of April 2009 was a well-planned orchestrated retaliatory attack, defending the Texas elite class cut off from billions of Federal free-for-all discretionary spending, and the use of illegal Bush-era covert operations to make sure the money kept flowing by any means.  The Governor of Texas even considered to activate the Texas Guard against the United States, but reversed his statement to the media, when called on the carpet.

The last years of the Bush Administration were the worst of times for Texans, who were abused from the corruption of law enforcement in cooperation with their Federal watchdog agency the FBI.  The Federal Bureau of Investigation knew they had to clean-up their own 'House of Death' first, before they could stabilize an out-of-control police state, involved in Money Laundering, as well as Human and Drug Trafficking.

Thousands of innocent Texans are still held in Texas prisons unjustly, to cover-up the real criminals by a bias right-wing justice system. Many Texans made pleas to the newly assigned United States Attorney General Eric Holder and the office of Inspector General, that even today go unanswered such as the following web posting that was censored and a personal computer electronically knocked out of commission by the Austin Texas Fusion Center:

One year later, the cries of foul went out to all Federal regulatory agencies by Texas citizens and employees concerning, corporate disregard for environmental concerns as well as human life as follows:

"It is unimaginable the Governor of Texas would publicly "Declare War" against regulating authorities that would of prevented the Gulf disaster. The Gulf Disaster investigation shows hard evidence a repeat of special interest favors that caused the Texas BP refinery explosion in 2005 as Perry justifies his words by stating "Obama has declared War on Texas." The 911 Patriot Act is clearly unconstitutional if the rule of law is not applied universally to those that Govern (Rick Perry) and those that are governed too."

"The state of Texas has no record of any virtuous acts other than those good deeds provided by private citizens and organizations in and out of the State of Texas. Over the last eight years, government agencies such as the EPA, Transportation Department, and Office of Civil Rights have tried every form of diplomacy to protect property and lives and seldom pursue violations by court of law against the state of Texas. Some good local examples are Kelly AFB which is an active EPA Toxic Super Fund, our farm burn 3 times in a five year period due to faulty oil well heads (fire from the lack of routine safety maintenance and inspections example BP), and the mass exodus of disabled students from the university of Texas because of hostile policies that segregate the disabled population from all other campus community members."

In 2006, very few people knew, excluding the targeted victims, that the Department of Homeland Security and NSA were stalking and exploiting subjects of research which was multi-trillion dollar spending mandate by George W. Bush, creating the White Elephant we know today as NSA or over half the Federal budget.

"We The People" became subjects of electronic behavioral control systems, subjects became suspects or enemies of State.   What made it worse, large sums of money attracted rogue FBI and CIA agents, revealed by testimony of X-FBI agents such as:

"Based on my thirty years' experience and research, I have determined there are thousands of victims who have been targeted by an illegal U.S. government rogue criminal enterprise -- military intelligence, probably, tied into CIA and FBI and so forth -- that is active 24 hours a day throughout the United States," Gunderson stated in an October 2008 speech posted last fall on YouTube.

Many of these testimonies came from the victims or were in public view such the 100 fold increase in campus shootings that started well before the infamous Virginia Tech massacre of 2007. My personal experience after going to local law enforcement and then the FBI; revealed that most of these attacks were from severely abused disabled students, by a particular college or universities own staff members as follows:

"Like I said, I received all the signs that danger was lurking but I was in a state of denial, never to expect that domestic surveillance would grow so big and go so far. Finally, after several clairvoyant slaps in the face, I acted on my premonitions, and went to the person's office that had been trailing Mary and I along with what I called CUBIT gang members (2007 Dallas Office of Civil Rights could of stop the college killing fields)."

"CUBIT was a scam program by an attorney who had ties with Senator John Cornyn when he was Texas Attorney General from 1999-2002,  a new plan to protect the University from harsh fines of discrimination by gang stalking the disabled."

After all, I must be delusional, sense I contacted the Secret Service right away because of my Top Secret Clearance dictated that I did so, and told them that our farm had been visited three times by the Secret Service and CIA, who threatened my elderly disabled father and our whole extended family. "We are going make it hard on your whole family," is what they said and they were true to their word. I have been tracked, stalked, swatted, zapped by the latest WiFi device, including a low fly-by of a border drone.

They were not Federal Secret Service agents; they were Texas Governor Rick Perry's Secret Militia of mafia goons [Bush Illegal Black Ops or Convert Operations], misrepresenting themselves as the CIA.

Today, thousands of Tea Party members still do not know they were exploited by intentional misinformation assimilated by financial backers such as the Koch brothers. The Tea Party backers paid leaders of established trusted Civil Rights organizations (including the Occupy movement) and special covert operations, to infiltrate the media, for the sole purpose to attack the Obama Administration for regulating a blank check signed off by George W. Bush, Unregulated Big Government Spending that collapsed the Global economy in Fall 2008.

The Tea Party fell apart in 2009 because the public was aware of the lies and misinformation as reflected with this web posting:

"Most Texans believe that Perry's coalition is made of the few wealthy and corrupt State investors that have no regard for their fellow man or loss of human life. Countless examples of Perry's special interest policies such as the recent big pharmaceutical mortality spike of 88,000 deaths [Actual Count 150,000], Vaccine legislation support by special interest cash linked to autism [Is Actually linked to cancer and other fatal diseases, which targeted young Hispanic girls], drug legislation doughnut hole that deprives elderly for necessary medicines, antiquated DEA laws that aid the illegal drug trade and finance terrorism, burning fuel farms and oil well heads where cash buys safety certificates, academic payoffs justifying cheaper unsafe manufacturing processes, a "No Child Left Behind Law" that has filled Texas prisons with those very children the law intended to protect and infinitum."

"But why should they have a concern that does not concern themselves? The United States Constitution does not imply or express that fellow citizens should have a concern of the welfare of others as Rick Perry recently justified his "Anti-ethical practices" which is a true indicator that he and his coalition do not understand the term 'Ethics'."

Today, you cannot have a civil discussion with Tea Party members without being accused of being a liberal or totally misinformed. Most Tea Party members believe that the Obama Administration is taking away their Civil Rights and liberties; however, if you were a victim of Bush era, you are thankful for the hard work of the Obama administration.

Many make false claims concerning Domestic Surveillance and Bio-political control devices.  Few know that these programs were shut down at the Federal level in April 2009 and over 2,500 rouge DHS personnel have been convicted or do they know that they have a way to report the abuses by filing a Civil Rights complaint with the Department of Homeland Security website. Many states still do not have laws to protect the public from Bio-lethal devices such as the state of Texas.

Domestic surveillance has been in place in the United States long before I was born in 1957; however, the information collected was protected by those that only have a concern for National Security threats, and was not shared with anyone outside of the intelligence community unless the threat was real, and action had to be taken.

Today, that information is used for political control, Tea Party corruption, and State Sponsored Terrorist Threats. I am thankful for the disclosure recently made by Janet Reno of the Federal Bureau of Investigation as follows:

"A multibillion-dollar [Tea Party Trillions!] information-sharing program created in the aftermath of 9/11 has improperly collected information about innocent Americans and produced little valuable intelligence on terrorism, a Senate report concludes. It portrays an effort that ballooned far beyond any one's ability to control."

The Tea Party Paradox is a cry for less government regulation, so they can benefit from Big Government overspending that is over half the federal budget known as NSA, which they benefit from personally to hold and abuse power. The elite and wealthy few, such as Mitt Romney and Rick Perry divert attention away from this abusive out-of-control spending by attacking social programs that add-up to very small percentage of the total budget, and never mention NSA overspending?

Another example of the Tea Party corruption is the political smoke screen and blame of the Fast and Furious  operations on the United States Attorney General, when these abuses have going for over a decade and innocent Texas citizens have been jailed or killed by these Bush / Perry era covert operations. Texans for justice understand this political smoke screen as a diversion to protect the real criminals, who approved and participated in illegal covert operations, long before the fast and furious operation.

A good resource to identify those people who benefited from domestic surveillance, which has yet to turn up one terrorist scheme is the South Texas Anti-Terrorism Task Force. Ex-FBI Director William Sessions' famous last speech at the Oak Hills Country Club San Antonio, Texas, "It is incumbent on law enforcement to police their own behavior. We must share; we must find ways to do it (2008)."

Suzanne Reed Bexar County District Attorney was present, has been aware of the problem, but failed to uphold "equal protection under the law" based on political and racial bias! A good example: Hyper-surveillance or the use of human sensors and cameras in poverty stricken areas, policing the poor and those of color. The same systems in the wealthy districts are used to police the poor and those of color, who do not live in prominent white districts, but may enter those communities to access goods and services! Reed led the South Texas Anti-Terrorist Task Force, targeting Texas citizens costing Federal Taxpayers Billions prior to April 2009.

My case of being targeted by the police and unprotected by the FBI, ignored by my Congressional and Senatorial Representatives is a very good example that what is presented in the news is false dangerous information fed to the public, protecting the real criminals that brought harm to thousands of Texans before Fast and Furious was conceived! Many of these people formed the grassroots of the Tea Party founded in Texas by Texas Governor Rick Perry.

The Tea Party Insurrection and Rebellion of April 2009 was indeed a treasonous act by those of public trust, some still remain in office sabotaging economic recovery, which begs the question "Is There Justice In Texas?"

Holder Cleared Will He Now Prosecute Texas Bio-Lethal Attacks Low Altitude Drone Stalking

Texas citizens became human subjects of ungodly human behavioral control devices, and have been abused for political purposes by the Texas Governor and his Secret Militia, sometimes in coordination with the Department of Defense by "Crying Wolf" to trigger an attack.

The Bush Administration in 2006 authorized the sharing of any information collected by any means with Law Enforcement and Civilian Private Security Firms including intrusive equipment by Satellite or any surveillance devices not limited to electronic equipment. These devices have been abused by Texas  Governor Rick Perry which include, but not limited to internet censorship, behavioral political control networks, and harmful biological or electronic devices that are classified; however exist, and have been  directly and indirectly used against targeted peaceful political adversaries, retaliation, illegal gathering of investigative information, threating intimidation, black list, employment to buy votes, and human behavioral experiments that have caused harm and injury to unknown numbers of Texas Citizens.

Fortunately, some Texans have come forward putting themselves at risk of more abuse, to insure fellow citizens are  aware of the hazards and by all means protect themselves and resolve unexplainable harmful events of the past by reporting damages to the Attorney General Of The United States of America. The Supreme Court addressed whether an observation made from a low-flying helicopter constituted a search in Florida v. Riley, "over flights that comply with FAA regulations might nevertheless constitute searches if they were to involve "undue noise, wind, dust, or threat of injury" or to reveal "intimate details connected with the use of the home or curtilage."

Supporting documentation is available in public domain titled "Satellite Surveillance: Domestic Issues" which questions violations of Civil Liberties of illegal search and seizure not only from Satellite Surveillance but from any surveillance device electronic, biological, aviation ect.. used to uncover acts of terrorism; however, were indeed used and still may be used at the discretion of Texas Governor Rick Perry and his appointees at the governors pleasure under Executive Order RP08, which is an abuse of the 911 Patriot Act at the Texas state level against citizens of Texas and the United States of America.

I my opinion and from personal experience based on tangible evidence, the Obama administration terminated NAO in June 2009, in order to protect all citizens of the United States and who are aboard from such abuses, which allowed many leaders of state legislative and executive offices  from using the threat of terrorism,  trafficking, or threat of human lives as a harmful political governing control by the act of Crying Wolf to justify such intrusive harmful behavior to retain political power by those of public trust.

The Obama Administration terminated the NAO in June 2009 and now uses a "Laser Focus" policy. No longer do the finest of American Patriots have to stay indoors crouching from fear of an ominous eye in the sky or be weary of a peak from the neighbors Venetian blinds. Responsible adults can now use the internet freely without fear on being targeted by political right wing extremist who "Cry Wolf" or Terrorism to bring harm to fellow citizens or to distort relations with bordering countries to promote their extremist right wing ideologies, while they fleece the government by wasteful spending under the guise of National Security at the State level. National Security does not rest in the powers of the State but in the powers of the Federal Government- God Bless America!

The Christen Monitor Journalist Howard LaFranchi Reports today, John Brennan, President Obama's chief counterterrorism adviser, in a speech Wednesday in Washington corrected a student's question "We intentionally do not use 'global war on terror' We're in a war with Al Qaeda."

We now can all rest with ease and move about freely while maintaining a high alert of watchfulness under the protection of due cause and civil rights at the street level while information that is collected by the Federal Agencies by any means necessary will not be used to intimidate, retaliate,or used against you at the State level including political adversaries expressing their opinions in media or social networks. useless you're an actual National Security Threat by promoting violence or succumb to Al Qaida's hateful ideology. Senator John Cornyn has just transmitted another email that jeopardizes national security with classified information, who as a member of the United States Senate has sworn to keep secret, is in violation of that oath with the intent to regain monetary pecuniary status of inside trading partners, defrocked from their lofty positions as lords of Wall Street.

Senator Cornyn last letter is demanding your resignation and impeachment for moot allegations, which you had no control over; inherited by you from a Republican GOP takeover in the years of 2000 to April 2009, which corrupted the whole global economic system. The illegal dismissal of honorable Federal Judges by George Bush, who would not co-operate with a scheme of deregulation for easy access to large sums of money by the hands of greedy politicians. On June 13, 2012 I made my way to the Honorable District Attorney Rene M. Pena, 1327 Third Street Floresville, Texas without any legal consul and pressed for criminal charges to be brought upon the State of Texas. My request was met with laughter,  I am not trained in law; however, the context of my allegations shows just one more victimize citizen of Texas, with crimes similar to those of Nazi Germany in the late 1930's. Make no mistake about it, my allegations are not an exaggeration and bring shame upon the state of Texas, to allow such treatment of peaceful citizens including women, children, and the elderly.

DOD Information Operations Core Capabilities

DOD identifies five core capabilities for conduct of information operations; (1)Psychological Operations, (2) Military Deception, (3) Operations Security, (4) Computer Network Operations, and (5) Electronic Warfare. These capabilities are interdependent, and increasingly are integrated to achieve desired effects.

DOD Information Operations

The current DOD term for military information warfare is "Information Operations" (IO). DOD information operations are actions taken during time of crisis or conflict to affect adversary information, while
defending one's own information systems, to achieve or promote specific objectives.3 The focus of IO is on disrupting or influencing an adversary's decision-making processes.

An IO attack may take many forms, for example: (1) to slow adversary computers, the software may be disrupted by transmitting a virus or other malicious code; (2) to disable sophisticated adversary weapons, the computer circuitry may be overheated with directed high energy pulses; and (3) to misdirect enemy sensors, powerful signals may be broadcast to create false images. Other methods for IO attack may include psychological operations such as initiating TV and radio broadcasts to influence the opinions and actions of a target audience, or seizing control of network communications to disrupt an adversary's unity of command.

Computer Network Defense (CND) is the term used to describe activities that are designed to protect U.S. forces against IO attack from adversaries. Part of CND  is information assurance (IA), which requires close attention to procedures for what is traditionally called computer and information security.

DOD places new emphasis on the importance of dominating the entire electromagnetic spectrum with methods for computer network attack and electronic warfare. DOD also emphasizes that because networks are increasingly the operational center of gravity for warfighting, the U.S. military must be prepared to "fight the net".4

Because the recently declassified source document containing this phrase has some lines blacked out, it is not clear if "...net"means the Internet. If so, then this phrase may be a recognition by DOD that Psychological Operations, including public affairs work and public diplomacy, must be employed in new ways to counter the skillful use of the Internet and the global news media by U.S. adversaries [This does not mean political adversaries, but it has been used on peaceful Texas Citizens with contrary Repbulican GOP opinons (FBI ACLU Texas).]

Psychological Operations (PSYOP)

DOD defines PSYOP as planned operations to convey selected information to targeted foreign audiences to influence their emotions, motives, objective reasoning, and ultimately the behavior of foreign governments, organizations, groups, and individuals.5 For example, during the Operation Iraqi Freedom (OIF), broadcast messages were sent from Air Force EC-130E aircraft, and from Navy ships operating in the Persian Gulf, along with a barrage of e-mail, faxes, and cell phone calls to numerous Iraqi leaders encouraging them to abandon support for Saddam Hussein.

DOD policy prohibits the use of PSYOP for targeting American audiences. However, while military PSYOP products are intended for foreign targeted audiences, DOD also acknowledges that the global media may pick up some of these targeted messages, and replay them back to the U.S. domestic audience. Therefore, a sharp distinction between foreign and domestic audiences cannot be maintained..[It also means that domestic targets are fair game]8

However, the DOD Information Operations Roadmap, published October 2003, states that PSYOP messages intended for foreign audiences increasingly are consumed by the U.S. domestic audience, usually because they can be re-broadcast through the global media. The Roadmap document states that, "...the distinction between foreign and domestic audiences becomes more a question of USG (U.S. Government) intent rather than information dissemination practices (by DOD)."

42 This may be interpreted to mean that DOD has no control over who consumes PSYOP messages once they are re-transmitted by commercial media.[It also means that domestic targets are fair game]

Computer Network Exploitation (CNE).

CNE is an area of IO that is not yet clearly defined within DOD. Before a crisis develops, DOD seeks to prepare the IO battlespace through intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance, and through extensive planning activities. This involves intelligence collection, that in the case of IO, is usually performed through network tools that penetrate adversary systems to gain information about system vulnerabilities, or to make unauthorized copies of important files. Tools used for CNE are similar to those used for computer attack, but configured for intelligence collection rather than system disruption.

Computer Network Attack (CNA).

CNA is defined as effects intended to disrupt or destroy information resident in computers and computer networks. As a distinguishing feature, CNA normally relies on a data stream used as a weapon to execute an attack. For example, sending a digital signal stream through a network to instruct a controller to shut off the power flow is CNA, while sending a high voltage surge through the electrical power cable to short out the power supply is considered Electronic Warfare (However, a digital stream of computer code or a pulse of electromagnetic power can both be used to also create false images inadversary computers).

Electromagnetic Non-Kinetic Weapons.
Non-kinetic weapons emit directed electromagnetic energy that, in short pulses, may permanently disable enemy computer circuitry. For example, an electromagnetic non-kinetic weapon mounted in an aircraft, or on the ground, might disable an approaching enemy missile by directing a High Power Microwave (HPM) beam that burns out the circuitry, or that sends a false telemetry signal to misdirect the targeting computer.18

Also, at reduced power, electromagnetic non-kinetic weapons can also be used as a non-lethal method for crowd control. The Active Denial System (ADS), developed by the Air Force, is a vehicle mounted nonlethal, counter-personnel directed energy weapon. Currently, most non-lethal weapons for crowd control, such as bean-bag rounds, utilize kinetic energy. However, the ADS projects a focused beam of millimeter energy waves to induce an intolerable burning sensation on an adversary's skin, repelling the individual without causing injury. Proponents say the ADS is safe and effective at ranges between 50 and 1,600 feet. The nonlethal capabilities of the ADS are designed to protect the innocent, minimize fatalities, and limit collateral damage.19

The Pentagon reportedly has requested immediate deployment of at least 8 ADS devices to Iraq to assist Marines in guarding posts, countering insurgent snipers and protecting convoys. The ADS system would be the first operationally deployed directed-energy weapon for counter-personnel missions.20

New U.S.A.F. Cyber Command

Secretary of the Air Force Michael W. Wynne recently stated that the new mission of the U.S. Air Force is to "fly and fight in air, space, and cyberspace." This means that military action in cyberspace now includes defending against malicious activity on the Internet, and anywhere across the entire electromagnetic spectrum (including the energy spectrum bands for radio, microwaves, infrared, X-ray, and all other options for directed energy), where national security is threatened.21

I my opinion and from personal experience based on tangible evidence, the Obama administration terminated NAO in June 2009 in order to protect all citizens of the United States and who are aboard from  such abuses which allowed many leaders of state legislative and executive offices  from using the threat of  terrorism,  trafficking, or threat of human lives as a harmful political control by the act of  "Crying Wolf" to justify such intrusive harmful behavior to retain political power by those of public trust.

In 2006, what was once reserved for the CIA and FBi is shared with Police at the Texas State street level. Information collected without due cause and total disregard for Civil Rights, made targets of anyone that opposes the Dictatorship of Texas Governor Rick Perry as enemies of State, under domestic surveillance; forcing people to confine them self-indoors, disconnect any electronic device that can be used to obtain information, that will keep Rick Perry in office and give him impunity to his criminal activities as if above the law. He set an example for other states to follow and participate in covert operations of the 'Texas Human Experimentation Program" on unknowing subjects of the United States of America which include women and children.

To his credit President Barack Obama announce a change in the Police State protection of the wealthy few, while criminalizing the other 99% of the public June 2011. One Week later Fox News was hacked by these right wing extremist with the announcement that our President had been shot and killed which was a completely false report on July 4, 2011.  After the announced change in Police State policies of the 911 Patriot Act.

You Have A Right, No Matter What State in the Union You live In,  Make a Request to your Congressional Representative of any State in The Union [ you are currently residing in] To Investigate Texas Governor Rick Perry use of non-lethal weapons including electronic harassment, and by two thirds Vote in Congress in favor, they will be bound by law to remove him from office, which will disqualify him from holding an office of Public Trust ever again, he will not be illegible to receive retirement benefits, and if necessary his assets will be liquidated in order to pay back any money owed or monetary damages due. This investigation will also uncover other co-conspirators that have no respect for human lives other than their own.

In April 2009, Rick Perry succeeded from the Union founding an organized rebellion (paid for by the state) by posting the 'Stop' web page forcing all Texas employees to group together in a state wide protest [Shown For months on Network Media] and rebel against the Constitution of the United States as members of the "Tea Party" rebellion targeting not just the new presidential administration but the Honorable Barrack Obama personally. [The whole operation was planned and orchestrated by Rick Perry to be broadcast after President Barack Obama was sworn into office. The evidence is thousands of emails from state offices to office employees, giving instructions for a live protest greater than any distraction of the Occupy protests today] Rick Perry and wealthy corporate owners and investors, had just declared "War on the EPA" a statement just mentioned verbally in the state of Texas by a private citizens is enough to be harassed, arrested, and/or jailed by Law Enforcement for an unknown length of time waiting for Terrorist Threat charges to be collaborated by Texas District Attorneys.

It is unimaginable, the Governor of Texas would publicly "Declare War" against regulating authorities that would of prevented the Gulf disaster. The Gulf Disaster investigation shows hard evidence a repeat of special interest favors that caused the Texas BP refinery explosion in 2005 as Perry justifies his words by stating "Obama has declared War on Texas." The 911 Patriot Act is clearly unconstitutional if the rule of law is not applied universally to those that Govern (Rick Perry) and those that are governed too. In addition, he declared succession from Union and "Declared War against Washington D.C." and considered the use of the Texas Guard as a military offensive.

The state of Texas has no record of any virtuous acts other than those good deeds provided by private citizens and organizations in and out of the State of Texas. Over the last eight years, government agencies such as the EPA, Transportation Department, and Office of Civil Rights have tried every form of diplomacy to protect property and lives and seldom pursue violations by court of law against the state of Texas.

Most Texans believe, Perry's coalition is made of the few wealthy and corrupt State investors that have no regard for their fellow man or loss of human life. Countless examples of Perry's special interest policies such as the recent big pharmaceutical mortality spike of 88,000 deaths, Vaccine legislation support by special interest cash linked to [cancer], drug legislation doughnut hole that deprives elderly for necessary medicines, antiquated DEA laws that aid the illegal drug trade and finance terrorism, burning fuel farms and oil well heads where cash buys safety certificates, academic payoffs justifying cheaper unsafe manufacturing processes, a "No Child Left Behind Law" that has filled Texas prisons with those very children the law intended to protect .
