TX-23: Winning it in the West...

by: Emiliano

Wed Dec 06, 2006 at 09:02 PM CST

(Ciro is within 3 points in DCCC polling. Early voting has been extended by court order to Saturday. The DCCC spent $600,000 on this race yesterday. Is that enough to convince you that it's time to help? Make the Call. - promoted by Karl-Thomas Musselman)

BLOCKWALKING in El Paso, TX - SATURDAY - All Day.  Meet up at 9AM.

Ciro's campaign office may be in Bexar county, but this race is going to have to be fought in the west as well.  Every county, and every vote are going to count.  The race can be lost in San Antonio, but the winner will have to make a strong showing in the west.

There's room to make gains particularly in El Paso, Reeves, and Presidio county.  Simply put, if Ciro makes a strong showing in every county, and Bonilla fails to energize his base, as he did on the 7th, we send Ciro to congress.  Here are some ways to help.

BLOCKWALKING in El Paso, TX - SATURDAY - All Day.  Meet up at 9AM.  Focusing on Hueco Tanks, Horizon City, and Tornillo.

email erodrig1 AT gmail.com for more information (the meetups will vary based on where you want to canvas).

I'll be on the road campaigning for Ciro Thursday and Friday, heading to Pecos in Reeves county, and making stops along the way.  We'll be canvassing in Reeves on Friday.  If you want to meet up, or are in the these communities and want to pitch in, email me.

If you're anywhere else and want info on how to help, again, please email me.  erodrig1@gmail.com

Great news Emiliano! (0.00 / 0)
We'll work both ends of the district and make sure Ciro wins.

I posted your news to a couple of other boards too.
