Albert Uresti the new front runner for CD 23

With Ciro now out of the race, Albert Uresti is clearly the front runner for the democratic party.  With the name ID, living in the district, time as a community servant as firefighter and his experience running a campaign he will be the best bet for the democrats.  It should now be an intersting race!!!
