Our Endorsment: After reviewing all the candidates and their positions on the issues, electability, and their track record, only one candidate stood at the top of our list. Barack Obama has re-inspired me personally and has ignited the fire I thought I had lost.
It is because of Obama's inspirational message and his stance on the issues that has earned him our endorsement. We are only one small voice on the universe of the World Wide Web, but we hope our endorsement resonates with our readers and inspires others to step up and become active in this historic campaign.

Building a Coalition of Many: As a native Texan with all my roots still planted in Texas, I can attest to how he has built a coalition across party lines that is responding to his message. My brother (an independent) has backed Obama. My father in-law, a life long republican, has changed his party affiliation so that he can support Obama. My mother, a Bush Republican has said she is voting for Obama. My sister, a strong Bill Clinton backer, is torn with her decision, and is leaning toward Obama. A wave is sweeping this nation and hope is swallowing us whole.
