A self explanatory open letter to the Democratic Party

I'm a conservative but I'm not stupid and I've made up my mind!

Please get me in contact with candidates (other than repubilicans) that will be running for congress in my Texas 76012 zip code area.

These...people...I don't know what the hell they are...but they are surely not republicans, like cornyn, hutchinson, and barton MUST go and they must go this election cycle.

I was born and raised here in Texas and I've watched politics turn from fair, to worse, and finally in the last twelve years after the neocon take over at the national and state level, turn absolutely INSANE!

I may not be the sharpest knife in the drawer, but you don't have to be a friggin genius to diffrentiate between what is right and wrong.

People like cornyn, hutchinson, barton and all the rest of these Texas neocon thugss can't help but know they are dead wrong, criminally wrong, 90% of the time in the decisions they have made and are still making especially during the past seven years.

These party serving democrats in the current congress aren't much better, but they are a little better, or a little less worse than the republicans in the one respect for what they are trying to do to righten things here at home.

There has always been pork spending and both parties are guilty of doing it. But now and for at least the past twelve years and especially the first six years of the two bush administrations the congresses have been using pork sopped up from herd after herd of bloated hogs.

There is only one way I can personally see to nip all this in the bud, and that's to have an apple cart turnover in congress even if it means that the good have to be tossed out with the bad and I mean BOTH parties, because each are both culpable and each are just as guilty as the other salting tons of pork down bottomless holes that do virtually nothing for the general populous, and I can say that without a shadow of doubt!

Spending by both democrats and republicans in the last several congresses is an outrage, more than gross insult to common sense, a veritible lack of common sense which seems to have spread out from top to bottom like a virus throughout much of our population.

Trillion dollar budgets, trillion dollar deficits, trillion dollar debt!

Who can even imagine ONE TRILLION dollars, much less than the ability to imagine tens of trillions?! But our recent congresses and current president don't just imagine those multi trillions they are actually spending all those unimaginable trillions of dollars using money that isn't worth the ink to print it and paper its written on.  Its like viewing someone putting chunks of pork in the top of a sausage mill and watching it come out in a squirting gooey mess at the other end with the megacorporations pushing each other out of the way gulping it down like bloated mongeral dogss to see who can get the most in their guts, fastest!

All things are born. This includes greed and lust of and for anything. Once greed and lust sets in it is driven by demand for supply or over supply of a thing; the reverse of the reagan supply and demand theory which has already but wrecked this nation and brought it to its knees.

So in reality there is only one way to bring a screeching halt to the greed and lust for money and that is to "demand" by force if necessary the cut off of "supply" to the greedy and lustful in every sector including our rabid spending congresses and presidents and those who receive the "supply" that if left to their own devices have no intentions of stopping it on their own. It is going to be left up to the citizenry to stop them as they would punish an incorrigable child from stealing money out of their pocketbooks and I don't mean slapping them on the wrist or sending them to their room.  Congress and presidents need a good ass whippin' the sooner the better...if for no other reason to prove to them that the mass citizenry still owns the country and not just the small plutocratic oligarchy running things now!

We all know very well who the source of "supply" is, our congresses and this current president, and we very well know "the who" is receiving the bulk of these trillions of dollars are, the private sector government contractors, in every facet of business from arms supply, to food services, and now private security contractors, plus everything else imaginable from soup to nuts in between, that in turn "re-supply" at grossly inflated priced products and services to government the things (currently at least) that continue the build up of a U S military/war industry complex (that perpetuate our nation into states of nation crisis and war) that Eisenhower warned this nation against in his last speech as president almost five decades ago.

These reasons and a myriad of other reasons are why I will actively work not for democrats per se, but against the neocon power structure that has taken over the republican party, which in my opinion includes my two senators, cornyn, and hutchinson, and my house representative barton, and just about every other republican in congress and Austin that has been turning their faces away from this nation and state and the people; rubbstamping everything that bush and his administration come up with and rubberstamping all their own internally conjured up bloated pork projects they themselves come up with, during what I can only call their twelve year reign of economic terror that finally ended November 2006 when the democrats took over, and restarted THEIR bloated pork projects, which is almost but not quite as intolerable.  At least the democrats pretend to be of the people..which the neocons don't with every action and deed!

Since I MUST contend with working for the lesser of evils, and there is no viable third party visible on our political horizons...yet, these reasons alone are why I will actively work for any democrat, other political party member, or Independent candidates, running for congress or state office that will run against these malicious, malversationists currently in office like cornyn, hutchinson, and barton and kim brimer, my state representative.

Its a helluva thing to know that one has to work against one evil, neocon republicans, for what one considers only a slightly lesser evil, liberal democrats, becaise there are no other viable WINNABLE political choices to work with or vote for.

I am submitting this request in the (Democratic Party) blog where everyone that reads the posts can see it.

Reply from Ron Paul staff and my reply back

Dear Pearsons,

Thanks for your straightforward email about your questions about Dr. Paul's stance on illegal immigration. Since you already received the boilerplate email, I won't sent that to you again! :o)

But basically Ron agrees with your sentiments. While the illegals are certainly troublesome, they are not the source of this problem. Paul believes both Parties have been allowing illegals to enter the U.S.. This serves the economic interest of certain corporations as well as pandering to certain demographics for votes. As President, Ron Paul will secure the border, punish employers of illegals, and deport illegals that commit crimes as he strongly believes in the rule of law.

I sincerely feel the same way you do on this issue and I support Ron Paul. Please continue to research his record on this issue and I'm confident you'll find peace with his views.

Thanks!

Dear Volunteer,

Thanks for your reply.

If this is actually Ron Paul's personal stance, and we would like to receive a signed letter, not email, to that effect, rest assured Congressman Paul not only has our votes but the votes of just about everyone we know.

There are a couple of things in your reply we, and particularly myself, would like to address further.

One, the illegal's aren't just a problem....they are right now THE bane INSIDE this nation.  The illegal's are taking advantage of everything they can from free health care at taxpayer funded public facilities, government subsidized housing, food stamps,  etc..

Then they rob the IRS and citizen taxpayers money by lying through their teeth.

To wit: momma illegal comes with her two kids to our tax office.  She produces social security cards, with the ink literally running (we have photocopies) with numbers so bogus they can't be entered into our tax program without over-riding.  Momma illegal, declares herself as divorced (catholic? divorced?) and wants to file as head of household, gives her address, produces her W-2 with taxable earnings usually between 10,500 and 12,000 which qualifies her for the maximum Earned Income Credit.  Right behind her is poppa illegal, (same last name and street address as mommy illegal) and his two kids,  claims to be divorced, filing head of household, makes wages in the same bracket as mommy illegal.....and between the two net right at $7,000.00 in earned income credits right out of U S Citizens taxpayer pockets. And together these to illegal alien frauds get a combined total tax return of around $14 to 15,000.00 which is more than minimum wage earning U S citizens GROSS INCOME is in a year!

This happened in 1995, 96, and 97, when we were still living in Terrell, Texas and had our own bookkeeping/income tax business operating.

To show how extensive this is, there were two other couples claiming to be divorced, head of household, four kids, two each, same salary ranges, maximum EIC returns along with all the income tax they paid in.  There were other instances of this with illegal's using other Terrell addresses.

We sent photo copies of all the social security cards with ink running, bogus numbers, with names and addresses of these committers of suspected fraud to the IRS Criminal Investigation Division in Austin, as the law requires, where we were promptly told to mind our own business.

If all of this doesn't suggest this is more than just calling illegal aliens a problem...NOTHING WILL!

Two, the illegal alien problem should have been taken to task and resolved at least fifty years ago when it could have been resolved one helluva lot easier; long before the issue grew so huge it can no longer be ignored and our nation now having  between 30 to 50 million of illegal aliens and their anchor babies (not the reported  12 million) now here in our nation sucking our blood.

I, Tom Pearson know from where I speak...from personal experience and I don't need anymore soft sell on alien's bullshit tossed my way.

I was born on a small deep South Texas ranch in 1946.  Even then the illegal alien situation was bad; not as bad as it is today, but bad.

When I was nine years old my dad made me ride horseback from sundown to midnight (because I had to get up and go to school next day) with my three older brothers to patrol our property and run off illegal aliens that were killing our livestock and eating them on their way further north.

In 1956, when I was eleven, and riding one bright moonlit summer night we smelled smoke and as we neared the spot and cook fire, we were suddenly attacked by an illegal alien with a pistol.  I was shot and wounded in the arm right in the middle of our ranch, and my older brother, George Edward, nickname Buddy, was shot through the heart and killed by the same illegal alien I blew in half with a shotgun.  Try carrying shooting someone to death from the time you're eleven years old, compounded by having to watch moonlit black blood gushing out of one of your relatives chest as he rattled his last breaths and not being able to even cry for help because of the distance from our house was to far to be heard, volunteer.

I have a first cousin, now retired from the border patrol, that worked out of Alpine, Texas if memory serves correct, and in or very near the Big Bend area.  He too was shot and wounded twice, once severely wounded ...while on the job.

And you're darned right...both the democrats and republicans in several congresses, for all my life (and especially this current congress) have (and still are) sitting on their butts and have done nothing up to and including bringing charges of dereliction of duty against themselves for not funding enough monies to maintain an adequately staffed and equipped U S Border Patrol and for NOT enforcing the law to put an end to the illegal alien situation once and for all.

I want to barf every time it comes to my mind how many tens and hundreds of millions if not billions of U S taxpayer dollars are sent in U S Foreign Aid to assist the very nations all these illegal aliens are fleeing from; monies those nation's governments should be spending to better the lives of their own citizens, the very same people invading our borders every day!!  Mexico, the obvious choice for illegal aliens from all over the world border crossings, did receive or still receives between 90 and 100 million dollars a year in U S Foreign Aid.

Yet Mexico's government all to obviously does little or nothing about controlling their side of the U S/Mexico border.  Is this the thanks we get...give them everything we can to help Mexico only to have them kick us in the ass and laugh in our faces and let our nation be flooded with illegal aliens they do little or nothing to stop.

Mexico and all those other nations those poor souls are fleeing from created the problems for their people in the first place and its sheer idiocy to think that the United States, its government and citizenry should be held culpable and responsible (out of misdirected compassion or out right greed and lust for money) for people their own nations could care less about!

If the countries where the illegal aliens are fleeing from and receiving our foreign aid aren't going to help their own people with it, then cut it off...don't send another cent in foreign aid to those countries...and then use that money here in the U S A to help our own home grown multi ethnic poor and downtrodden citizens, or do U S Citizens not give a damn about our own poor and downtrodden!  That not caring about our own would not surprise me one bit either!

I can envision a future, if many of the critical issues like the aforementioned issues go unresolved, that one day the people of this nation are going to wake up and find that there aren't any citizens willing to put themselves in harms way standing watch on our borders, or lay their lives and limbs on the line and be wasted in wars started by some future megalomaniac idiot like george walker bush, a less than a man that can talk the war talk and send brave men and women into battle, but cannot personally walk the walk and put his own pink butt or his children on the line and do the fighing.

Doesn't still alive Viet Nam Vet wish they had a daddy in high government position that made sure his TANG unit would never be called up for active duty and battle in Southeas Asia.

I, Tom, sincerely wish you would forward this reply directly to Congressman Paul.  It might just give him a glimmer of a broader picture of why tens of thousands people, many that have been, in one way or another, adversely impacted by this illegal alien mess and george bush's war and feel the exact same way I do.

One last thing volunteer..."Lo be unto he or she who next calls me a racist about this illegal alien mess" that is if they have the guts to call me a racist to my face.

I think we have already been legislated to death but I am in favor of proposing, and enacting one more NEW Texas law that will put an end to fraud politican like Ralph Hall who was never anything but a republican disgusing himself as a Democrat.

To wit:

That every person running for any elected public office declare themselves by legal binding contract, not just what party the are affiliated with, but their responisibility and accountability for action and deed to their constituants while they are in office, and suffer under full penalty of law if they are outright frauds like former U S House Represenative Ralph Hall that ran and was elected as a Democrat for decades fraudulently voting straight down the line with the Republican parties.

After being exposed for what he was, Hall excused and got away with it all with one declarative sentence in words to this effect..."that he had changed his mind and postion about which party he chose to represent."

During the entire ten years I lived in Ralph Hall's district, Hall his vote was against the ideals and policies of the Democratic constituants that elected him to office several times.

What should have been done was for his Democratic constituants to band together in "voter recall" to impeach his butt and ruin his fraudulent political career long before he got the opportunity for becoming a malversating tergiversator and switch over to the party he really represented which was the GOP.

I suppose this didn't happen because many people are not even aware that according to law, any elected elected official including congressmen, judges, mayors, city council members, etc., which is clearly defined in legal dictionaries, like Black's Law Dictionary defines Impeachment as"

A criminal proceeding against a "PUBLIC OFFICER," before a quasi political court, instituted by a written accusation called articles of imprachment; "FOR EXAMPLE" a written accusation by the House of Representatives of the U S to the Senat of the U S against a president, vice president or an officer of the United States.....etc., etc., etc..

The single "EXAMPLE" cited in the definition for impeachment of a president, VP, etc., by no means states that impeachment is limitied to just federal elected officers/officals.

With this stated, and since we Texans can't seem to get anything but what we have gotten in the past few decades, I think that the only way Texas is going to recover and have honest elected officials that represent the people and not big business and rid ourselves of the dishonest, it must begin like dredging out scum out of a river bottom...starting at the bottom in our political grass roots in the cities and towns where we live.

Consider this.  Why should Texas (or any other state) voters accept one party or the other's purposefully biased, if not totally illegal redistricting decisions that virtually limits us voters as to whom it is we get to choose from and vote for.

Apparently both the Democrat and Republican parties are deathly in fear of one another; so much in fear of each other that they both feel as if they have to redistrict our state, butcher it actually as if Texas was a side of beef, to remain in power indefinitely.

The one thing that is glaringly obvious, right here in this blog is that a majority of Texan's are dissatisfied with both the Democrats and Repulican party officials and actions, yet must vote for one or the other's hand picked puppets or waste our votes, voting for a splinter party representative or independent.

As I see it, what is decidedly necessary is the gathering together of all the unsatisfied voters and the implementation of a third major party and elect the people that the voters choose from among ourselves through a process of elimination "state wide candidate at large" selected by a state wide voter process.

In this modern era of "travel anywhere by jet," and in lieu of having a third party, there is absolutely no reason whatsoever, especially in state official elections, why I who lives in North Texas Arlington, can't vote for a John Doe in El Paso to be my state representative, instead of having to either waste my vote, not vote, or be forced to vote for some local fat cat clown puppet the Democrat/Republican state candidate selction committees sets up and chooses for me to vote for.

Am I the only person that wishes to see Texas political power returned to ALL THE PEOPLE instead of just two totally opposition positioned groups of voters like Democrats and Republicans which in most instances one must vote for what they consider to be a lesser of two evils?

My political issue views run over the entire spectrum, from moderately conservative to moderately liberal, and since I refuse to give up my political freedom and choose between one or another party, both of which I see as corrupt from top to bottom, I am for the most part treated like a leper by both parties and their sheepish vote straight down the party line membership.

Well I can at least sleep nights with a clear conscience knowing that as a law abiding citizen that my votes are made rationally FOR WHOM I ALONE CHOOSE TO VOTE FOR and not out of devotion to party, and know I'm not part of any political bias and part of two oppositionist political parties full of herd instinct that are bringing down politics here in Texas and nationally.

HAND OUT ANYONE?....EVERYONE?

by: The Independent Ax

Sat Oct 13, 2007 at 10:31 AM CDT

I'll probably catch the dickens for this post but here it is and its exactly what is on my mind and what I think.

Out of all but a very small handful, our entire political/politician/bureaucratic/private sector corporate systems have become nothing more than a tool to use against just about anything that can be named....all done in the name of greed and "what's in it for me."

From city halls, to the state capitols, to everything in Washington D C, to the corporate sector it's like watching Pavlov's dogs slobbering at the dinner bell or glancing at the too lazy to work bums on our street corners with their hands constantly held out.

With that exception of a few, and I really can't think of anyone exempt, it seems as if every person, man or woman, that gets elected to just about any public office or is appointed to a high placed government position, just happens to have a brother-in-law, former or current business partner, friend, relative, old school chum especially lawyers/doctors become lobbyist...etc., etc.,...that just happens to be in position that inspires them to want to become a government contractor and just happens to know to whom inside government to whet their "I wannabea government contractor" appetites.

Isn't that ironic?  Isn't this some pretty well thought out "very creative" networking for rapid advancement ladder climbing achievers?

Worse, it seems as if when these...hmmmm...lets call them politican/bureaucrat "favorites" get their hooks into government contracting...it would take a nuclear attack to get rid of them because the get too big for any other start up company or smaller company to even be able to compete with them...that is if any other start up company or smaller company IS EVEN ALLOWED TO GET A BID INTO THE GOVERNMENT CONTRACTING PROCES.

Need I mention all the hundreds of COST PLUS and NO BID contracts awarded ever year to just A "FEW" CERTAIN FAVORITE GOVERNMENT CONTRACTORS?  What better way to totally destroy honest competition.

Frankly working inside government, or being a government contractor or an employee of a government contractor has become the biggest, longest, nonstop, gravy-train ride in the history of modern man and modern government.

Today all Taxpayer monies is, is a "handwash," where "you wash my hands and I'll wash yours."  They ought to give it a name and advertise it... a name like "Greasy Palm Handwash" now on sale, deposits in offshore account cash accounts only, on sale now at any public office..."Inquire Within."

The real problem is that all these corrupt people don't even try to cover it all up anymore because they know that the vast majority of people out here are snoozing it up in La La Land and the few that are aware can't do a damned thing to stop it.

Likeminded people, acting in concert, can steal anything they want, and get away with it.....our governmenbt and corporate structure in action.  Ole P J O'Rourk was right...we are "A Parliment of Whores."

Is this a few more pieces of a puzzle falling into place?

by: The Independent Ax

Texas, Hunt Oil Corp., known good buddies with both the presidents bush now going into Iraq....

Saudi Arabia known haters of the Iraqi's, also in bed with the bush's for well over 30 years...now building a permanent Saudi Arabian Embassy in Baghdad.  Guess its too hard to fly for an hour from Saudi Arabia's capitol to Baghdad and do business.

Haliburton...already deeply entrenched in Iraq and the U S Taxpayers pockets for years...had cheney now vice president of the United States, also as a one time Haliburton CEO.

I don't know what to say about Blackwater or who's really at the deep roots of that organization.

Am I the only one that finds these small puzzle pieces odd or is there some collusive fulmination aboil between these fiveentities, the bush's, cheney, Saudi Arabia, Blackwater, and Haliburton?

Oh well I've always had a suspicious mind....I suppose mentioning these little ditties makes me a conspiracy theorist....but it do seem odd from where I sit.

or maybe some "cheesy" things just have rat odor to them.

The illegal alien issue...a letter to Congressman Ron Paul

by: The Independent Ax

Sun Oct 07, 2007 at 00:24 PM CDT

Dear sir,

If representatives of the U S Census Bureau can locate by name, state, county/parish, city street addresses of some 300,000,000 bonyfied U S Citizens, why does the congress including yourself find it so hard to believe that a small fraction of that huge three hundred million number of legal U S Citizens, some 15 to 20 illegal aliens that cannot produce VALID U S Government/State government Identities cannot be located in that same exact manner...reported, picked up, and deported?

Your own claim in the last reply I received from you and your staff stated that to try to round up some 15 to 20 illegal aliens and deporting them would "be too time consuming and expensive."

In regard to the first paragraph above would that "be too time consuming and expensive" also apply to taking on location periodic headcounts of tens of millions of U S Citizens that do not return in a timely manner or at all, the U S Census Bureau data sheets sent to them by mail.

I suggest sir, that your argument of too time consuming and expensive to locate the illegal aliens just doesn't wash.

Congressman, if a U S Census Bureau representative can find my name and address and come knocking on my door to take a headcount...they most certainly can knock on every door of every, house, apartment, and every other type residence, city or rural address in the United States...expense be damned!

Because if the U S Government can go to the expense of locating me and my family, all native born U S Citizens that have no intentions of harming this nation, they can damned well go to the expense of locating illegal alien invaders already here, no telling how many THAT DO INTEND TO CAUSE HARM TO OURSELVES AND OUR PROPERTIES.

The United States is our home as surely as our places of residence are and our home has been burglarized by illegal aliens, no more or less than a person that enters our homes illegally and steals our property is a burglar.

Doing nothing at all about the illegal aliens is an open invitation for disaster.  Ceding any form of amnesty or free ride to legality is an open invitatin to at least economic disaster caused by an illegal alien addition to our population that HAS ALREADY learned to take advantage of our income tax system overburdened our taxpayer subsidized healthcare, housing, and welfare systems, etc..

Three years I fought for this nation in foreign lands Congressman Paul...and I will not see it given away by weak willies on the left, or by selfserving greed driven people on the right or let our nation become a third or fourth world nation which is exactly what the illegal aliens running away from their own homelands are fleeing away from now.

The person getting my family and everyone I know votes November 2008, right wing neocon nutcake or not..WILL BE the person that WILL ENFORCE CURRENT LAW.

Sincerely,

Tom Pearson
