Tomorrow, the people of Houston can drive a nail in the coffin of the Tom Delay era. Melissa Noriega, wife of State Representative and potential Senate candidate Rick Noriega, is running for the at-large Houston City Council seat vacated by Shelley Sekula Gibbs when temporarily filled Delay's Congressional seat. Now, I am sure some of you wonder what credentials she holds other than her last name, I can assure you they are abundant.
