Noriega wins Sen. Boxer's PAC for Change Challenger contest!

After a week of online voting, Rick Noriega won Sen. Barbara Boxer's (D-CA) PAC for Change Challenger contest. Over 25,000 people voted, and Noriega won 30% of the vote, beating out Al Franken, who received 24% of the vote, among others. PAC for Change will now help Rick raise money to unseat Cornyn.
