This is probably about as shocking as a report that the Pope is Catholic, but the Texas Freedom Network (TFN) has issued a report titled Reading, Writing and Religion: Teaching the Bible in Texas Public Schools(Also available as a PDF here (1.5 MB)) that finds Texas Public Schools that are offering Bible classes are failing to meet the requirment that such classes be "presented objectively as part of a secular program of education" as required by the Supreme Court's decision in Abington School District v. Schempp.
