He's eligible for president even though he was born in Calgary, Canada?

I think he is (0.00 / 0)

His mother was a US citizen at the time of his birth (I'm not sure about his dad). If his parents registered him with the US embassy, then he's an American from birth and eligible to run for President.

That's the same situation as George Romney, born in Mexico to American parents, who ran for President in 1968.

John McCain was also born outside the US, although his birthplace (the Panama Canal Zone) was a US territory at the times.
