Anna -- the intensity of the Orange Bowl? You mean the "no you win, no, you win, no you win" Bowl? The Punting Bowl? The Rose Bowl featured two teams doing everything they could to win. The Orange Bowl featured two teams doing everything they could to lose.
No contest. Texas won the greatest game I've ever seen, and one of the best college games ever played.
