Taegan Goddard passes along word that Jimmy Buffett has endorsed Kinky Friedman for mayor of Margaritaville governor of Texas.

in related news, buffett announced the name of his new album will be "1,000 negroes talking to themselves," and is set to be released next november.
Mayor of Margaritaville may be more descriptive at this point. Most of our legislature is a little "wasted" as they say. "Wasting away in Margaritaville..."
Now I don't know what to do! I thought I had made up my mind but JIMMY FRICKIN BUFFETT? Man, I have got some thinking to do...
I do like Gammage. I do like Kinky. I'm torn.
