Found a URL for ADVO removal too--it's http://www.advo.com/consumersupport.html and has a form where you can indicate if you want to be added (yikes!) or removed from their list.

I used to work for a West Campus realty company that bought the lists in bulk for next to nothing straight from the Office of the Registrar. At least back then you had to remove yourself from the student directory service to avoid the spam.
