Criminally corrupt? As opposed to? Is legally corrupt the opposite of criminally corrupt? Certainly it's not morally corrupt which is one of those oxymorons that should be listed as an oxymoron somewhere but isn't. You can't be corrupt and moral. Some are morally corrupt but their corruption is legal. So if they are morally corrupt but are legally corrupt, instead of criminally corrupt, does that mean it's okay to be corrupt? As long as it's legal and not criminal? Oy vey.
Corruption by any other name is still corruption.
