Chief Justice William Rehnquist Dies

We could end up with two extremely conservative justices and Antonin Scalia as the chief justice of the Supreme Court.
In which case it won't matter much who is governor of Texas or which party is the majority because those two new justices along with Antonin Scalia will move quickly to dismantle the very Constitution they are sworn to uphold.
