Do we have a link to that plan anywhere? And will it be reproposed?
I second K-T - I'd love to see a post with a side-by-side comparison. I know the Dem plan had some different numbers, different structure, proposed tax credits, etc. and I remember that when I initially heard the comparison, the Dem plan seemed a whole lot more sensible, and provided relief to the vast majority of Texans.
