Vote for KISS Alec

For all of you UT Austin students, I have a rather ridiculous poll for you to vote in. The Engineering Dept. is having a contest in which you can vote for the best "Alec" representation (their mascot). I endorse a vote for the KISS Themed Alec which is currently in 2nd place (about 20 votes behind the first place spot).
So go vote for KISS Themed Alec now (bottom right).
Vote total as of posting was 96-74 (wooden guy v. KISS)
5 minutes later vote total was 96-80.
15 minutes later 99-88
20 minutes 100-92
6:15 Update- KISS candidate now leads with 187-127 votes, garnering 22% of the total 817 votes cast so far in a field of 12 candidates.
(also realize that I'm a college of liberal arts guy, and the engineers are a bit obsessive over their precious alec, and I think the KISS representation is the most 'liberal' artist representation so that's why I'm for it.)

Read this only if you're talking about KISS the glam-rock band (I can't tell since I'm not a student and can't access the site).
I just wanted to note that I refuse to support anything related to Gene Simmons or KISS ever since that awful and insulting interview he did on Fresh Air with Terry Gross. The man is a pig.
If we're not talking about the same KISS, then please ignore this and I'll just slink off and go be embarrassed in a hole somewhere.
as a chemical engineering major i just have to say: damn it! stay out of our polls, Karl-Thomas!
btw, vote for the AIChE Alec. or if you don't like that one vote for the SWE one.
the "wooden one" by ACME looks like a homeless guy. we're not liberal arts majors!! when we graduate we'll have (good) jobs. ;-)
hey, it's not your poll if it's open to the entire university. maybe you engineering majors shouldn't advertise your polls then on facebook groups that include people beyond your school. or that have blogger in them. :)
if you go to the CPE you can see these in person. i passed by them a few times today.
