Apparently, the appropriate response to trolls and trolling is to post recipes.

You just know this now? Over at RPG.net (a roleplaying game board with a number of trolls on it) we used to post recipies for pies everytime a troll came up. It's pretty standard net practice.

On another note, kudos to you, Byron for being mentioned in so many accounts of the convention. I enjoyed reading your quotes (and your attempt to make Joe Sixpack understand why blogging matters), but the BoiFromTroy posts at Wonkette about you were too funny. Did you ever hook up?

It's new to me, and I've been here since early days. Well, not earliest days, but at least since a few years before the beginning of the web. But I'm happy to learn an appropriate response. Pies, though? Hey, I'm an older single guy; could I post casserole recipes instead?
