Bush a Human Rights Leader
By Byron LaMasters
*Gag*:
He didn't free the slaves.
He didn't rid the world of Hitler.
He didn't even - like his father - preside over the destruction of the Berlin Wall.
Yet George W. Bush tells New Yorker writer Ken Auletta: "No President has ever done more for human rights than I have."

Byron the New Yorker runs stuff by Sy Hersh, who has the distinction of having libelled a member of the UT faculty, and the New Yorker seems now determined to make everyone forget that they ever ran Jeffrey Goldberg's stuff about Ansar Al-Islam and Saddam's links to that Al-Qaeda group killing Kurds who opposed him.
