New Blogs, More on YCT Bake Sale

I just added Barefoot and Naked to my Texas Lefty blogroll. Check it out for some interesting reads from France's Most Dangerous American Playing Cards to Republicans and English Fluency to Dallas County Politics.
I've also found myself reading the Bedlar Blog for my occasional dosage of insightful conservative commentary (did I just say that?).
Both Bedlar and Barefoot (and Naked) posted on my YCT = Racists post. Barefoot, here, and Bedlar, here. The newly revamped Curmudgeonly Clerk also blogged on the topic, here and here.
Considering that there were 18 comments (so far...) to my post, I'll probably do a follow up this weekend.

Sheesh, Byron, yer makin' me feel really old here. You need to rent some really old Saturday Night Life DVDs and get a couple of sixpacks some weekend soon. You want the 1977-1978 season. Old, old stuff of course, older'n you ... but the Coneheads skits hold up pretty well, and they're genuinely funny, with Dan Ackroyd as my namesake, "BeLDar Conehead." The movie from 1993 — http://imdb.com/title/tt0106598/ — is not quite as good if you haven't seen the TV skits, but it's not as bad as most SNL spinoff movies IMHO.
Arg. "Saturday Night Live," I meant, of course ("Saturday Night Life" being something you probably already have and that I badly need to get). Thanks anyway for the plug!
I'm a fan of John Belushi and Dan Ackroyd, Bedlar. I'll have to take you up on it.
