Alright Texas Dems, A call to Action!

I'll be in Austin this Saturday, will you? If any BOR readers or fellow bloggers will be in Austin for the rally, let me know! Most cities have buses taking people to the rally, so check with your local county party. I volunteered to phone bank for the Dallas County Democratic Party last night to help fill up some buses (more info here for you Dallasites out there).

I recall from my second year Spanish class in high school that the preferred wording was,

But my teacher was from Ecuador and perhaps y'all speak a different variety of Español down there.

Yes. I've HAVE noticed all the kids in my neighborhood are MYSTERIOUSLY gagged and have their hands tied behind their backs. Thanks for pointing out that they are being held hostage by the Republican power grab. Why, I'm SURE Tom Delay or Rick Perry is hiding behind a tree or rock in my OWN cul-de-sac here in San Antonio. Can't tell you how glad I am that 11 DemonRat State Senators are roughing it big time (in a Four-Star hotel, no less) in New Mexico in order to rescue these poor young victims. Their selfless heroism truly inspires me.
