Update:  Next up, for Rick Perry's Honorary Texan:  Sarah Palin!

With words like these, she's a shoe-in.

In a statement posted Friday on her Facebook social networking website, Palin -- who on July 26 resigned as governor of Alaska -- attacked the "nationalized health care plan that the current administration is rushing through Congress."

"And who will suffer the most when they ration care?" Palin asked. "The sick, the elderly, and the disabled, of course.

"The America I know and love is not one in which my parents or my baby with Down Syndrome will have to stand in front of Obama's 'death panel' so his bureaucrats can decide, based on a subjective judgment of their 'level of productivity in society,' whether they are worthy of health care.

"Such a system is downright evil," she wrote. [emphasis added.]

Poll
Is Sean Hannity really Rick Perry's evil twin?
Well, sure. Isn't it obvious?
He's much younger, so probably not.
Definitely. Evil twins always wear black.
Hannity just needs to go back where he came from.
Gov. Perry needs to go back there, too.

Birds of a feather (3.00 / 1)
will always flock together.

But (0.00 / 0)
is it because there is safety in numbers?

Or is it because all right-wing citizens from the North are competing for the honor of being named Honorary Texan by Governor Rick Perry? I think Glenn Beck must be high on that prestigious list, too.

Safety in numbers (0.00 / 0)
and the fact that Hannity and Beck are opportunists. If selling hate, fear, disinformation and shilling for right wing causes lines their pockets they'll do it. Both will go over the top, and they have, with their rhetoric if need be.  It is all about them and their bucks.  These guys are the bottom feeders of the low life.

Interesting (3.00 / 1)
So, let me understand you.  The "bottom feeders of the low life" are the top contenders for "Honorary Texan"?

I do think this may be an issue for the Texas Ethics Commission.  Darn it. Never mind.

Ethics Commission? (5.00 / 1)
What on earth is that?

According to a former right wing Republican and evangelical Christian leader, Frank Schaeffer, there is no such thing as ethics where right wing hate talk is concerned.  But alas Perry will say it ain't so and he will say that Sean is a stand up dude who speaks as  only a true American patriot would.
