Harold Cook Debates Voter ID Bill on KXAN

I think the Dems turned the tables on the GOP on "voter ID." They were hotdogging an issue that sounds good, but is hard to explain why it isn't what it appears to be.

NOW, the Dems are stalling. The GOP can pretend that "the people of Texas" are going to be upset, but there is too much inside baseball stuff to explain here about the calendar, the rules, etc. I just don't think the GOP can get traction against the House debating bills for 10 minutes a piece.

I was shocked - SHOCKED - to find that my Republican friend Ted Delisi is in favor of voter ID. Also, that there is gambling going on in this establishment. :)

Not that it matters, but does anyone besides me find it creepy that all the up and coming Republican operatives look like Ralph Reed's DNA was sucked out of his body and used to make cookie cutter copies?
