| Just after we got the exciting news that Michael Skelly had been named to latest round of the DCCC's Red to Blue candidates, there's another reason for Texas Democrats to be optimistic: Larry Joe Doherty has been added to the newest list of Emerging Races. Joining Larry Joe on the newest Emerging Races list are Becky Greenwalkd (IA-04), Scott Harper (IL-13), Linda Ketner (SC-01) and Jim Harlan (LA-01). These is yet another clear sign that the race in TX-10 is extremely competitive and offers Democrats a real chance to pick up a congressional seat. Doherty will benefit from both the Travis County and Harris County Coordinated Campaigns along with the energized Democratic activists in Bastrop, Lee, Burleson, Washington, Austin and Waller counties.
