At each step of the process, you can sign in anew for whomever you support. In 2004, I was a Dean delegate at the precinct level, Edwards at the County, and Kerry at the state and National conventions.

Good faith (0.00 / 0)

The rules allow it, but there's a serious question of good faith. It's up to delegates to decide how to balance their own preference (which may have chanced since the precinct convention) and the preferences of the voters who elected them (which also may have changed). Heck, that's the dilemma that every representative, at every level, has to face.
