Cornyn voted against restoring $565M for states' and ports' first responders.

Cornyn voted against redeploying troops out of Iraq by July 2007.

Cornyn voted against requiring on-budget funding for Iraq.

Cornyn voted against investigating contract awards in Iraq & Afghanistan.

Cornyn voted against establishing the Senate Office of Public Integrity.

Cornyn voted against repealing tax subsidies for companies which move US jobs offshore.
