I only wish it was a Legal wedding but it is a celebration of REAL LOVE.

I only wish it was a Legal wedding but it is a celebration of REAL LOVE.  Come join couples from all over Texas as they express their love and say their vows in protest of the anti gay marriage amendment in Texas.

Bring your partner and join in as gay and straight couples from all over Austin take identical vows of commitment in a mass wedding ceremony, Texas-style. The commitment ceremony will commence at 3pm. Please plan to be there to show your support and celebrate!

Whether taking vows for the first time or renewing them once again, you won't want to miss this exciting event!

Single? Well, bring your friends and show your support for the 10th annual Freedom to Marry Week!

Featuring:

  *
  Live Music,
  *
  Wedding Cake,
  *
  Sparkling Cider, and
  *
Updates from activists at the forefront of the marriage equality movement.

Music, snacks and beverages will be provided. Sign up now to let us know you'll be there!

~Wedding attire encouraged, but not required~
