why is it saying that bexar county had 66% turnout... (0.00 / 0)
on their site?  If that is true this thing is over.

Now says 30% as they go from 25 to 65 precincts. I think they were comparing total votes (including early) to the registered voters for the precincts that are in. The percentage is screwy because there are a lot of early votes from precincts that aren't 'in' yet.

An error on there part (0.00 / 0)
I think they are tabulating it based on votes out of registered voters for the precincts they have in, so the early votes from ones not yet reported for election day are being added to the vote count but the number of registered voters is not being added to the total voters count.

Hopefully, these are just JP 1 results.  JP 3 is very Republican.

You gotta love it. (0.00 / 0)
I just love upsets.

Me too Glen, but I don't consider this really an upset (0.00 / 0)
Hell this was our seat to begin with.  The damn SCOTUS said so.  If we lost TX-21 on the re-re-re-districting, we sure needed to take back TX-23 in the balance.

Congratulations to Ciro and thank everyone for helping reclaim what was ours.
