Republicans find trouble in Dallas - trying to misrepresent candidates

They lose the lawsuit because they broke the law and all the GOP chairman can talk about is John Kerry.

The county party GOP leader Kenn George sent this e-mail: "This is an election year. The term 'vote for' which is clearly printed on each guide indiactes each Republican is a candidate and not an incumbent. Any implication that all Republican candidters are office holders is completely unintentional. First, John Kerry insults our troops and now Dallas Democrats are telling voters they're too dumb to read a door hanger."

Judge rules in favor of Democratic Plaintiffs (5.00 / 1)

The Republican judge from Collin County found their advertising illegal. 

They will have to change it if they still intend to use it.
