A three-judge panel of the 3rd Court of Appeals will hear oral arguments March 22 to determine if the conspiracy charge against Tom DeLay should be reinstated.

Back in December State District Judge Pat Priest granted DeLay's Motion To Quash the criminal conspiracy charge and limited the scope of a second conspiracy charge, an action with Travis County DA Ronnie Earle appealed. The money laundering charge against DeLay remains intact, though.
And, although the 3rd Court of Appeals doesn't have either the defense or state briefs online, I would expect that DeLay's attorneys will make much the same arguments they did in their Motion to Quash.
