Today marks the one year anniversary of a special date in Texas history: the day that Senator Wendy Davis stood for 13 hours to block a terrible piece of legislation that will hurt Texas women and families.

Tonight, Senators Davis and Leticia Van De Putte, Planned Parenthood's Cecile Richards, and many more people who were instrumental in that historic day will celebrate at the Palmer Events Center in Austin.
