The GOP hispanic outreach is in full effect in Katy where a gun store owner changed his sign to read, “I like my guns like Obama likes his voters: undocumented.” Instead of condemning it, it is being passed around GOP blogs and was promoted by Rush Limbaugh on Facebook.
