| Travis County Clerk Dana DeBeauvoir said today that her office needs about 100 more election workers to conduct the Joint Primary Runoff Elections that will be held Tuesday, April 13. DeBeauvoir said that clerks who worked in the Primary election are not required to take additional training.
"As we head into this weekend, we hope some civic-minded voters will step up to help us complete this election cycle," DeBeauvoir said.
Workers are paid $8.50 for their work on Election Day. A person must be a registered voter of Travis County to be eligible to work. I have posted the list of precincts in need of workers below the fold. |
