Here in England, "pants" mean underwear. Having no pants day here would be even more amusing.
I *love* No Pants Day!!! One of the things I miss about Austin and UT... :)
I wear a kilt most of the time so every day is no pants day for me.
Will there be official BOR participation in this event?
