Kerry was in Texas to RAISE money!!!! Schedule some fundraisers near the State's primary and kill two birds with one stone. Yes, Kerry and Bush are going to campaign on "each others" turf, but not in States so "sure" as e.g. TX & MA.

As far as Kerry losing votes to the marriage issue, I seriously doubt it. It is a litmus test issue for very few voters, and for those whom it is (gays & evangelicals), it will not change their votes anyway. It is the Right wing's dream for this to be a wedge issue, but give the people credit- they will worry about issues that really affect them, like jobs, the economy, and international affairs.

My education lacks depth? You're the one talking about Kerry competing for Texas, not me. If you think Kerry was here to win votes and make Bush spend money here then you need to brush up on your political knowledge RICKY.
