As judge, John Devine received national acclaim by refusing to remove the Ten Commandments from his courtroom and defeated a lawsuit brought by liberal activists.

Too bad Jennifer Gale isn't running this time around, it would be a really interesting race.
Well, he's not really Texas' Roy Moore if he WON the lawsuit, is he? Moore's flaw was his arrogant and contumacious refusal to remove the Commandments after being told to do so by higher courts.
Jennifer Gale IS running for D.10. He/she plans to file as a write-in, presumably after losing the AISD race.
