The vote from the Senate on redistricting (the conference committee report on HB3) was 17-14 in favor. Details in a moment.

I just got back from the Senate and was there for the vote. They didn't start until about 6:35 and went right to redistricting. Sen. Staples went stright to a motion for adoption. As far as I could tell, all Democrats opposed, Ratliff opposed and Fraser opposed.
It's sad to witness such history.
